This Privacy Policy explains what information is used when you play the mobile game Run Right Now (the "Service"), why, who receives it and the choices you have. QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. ("we", "us") is responsible for the Service. The Service is free to play, shows optional rewarded ads and offers optional in-app purchases. You do not need to sign up to play, and we do not ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number.
Ads are shown only after you choose to watch one. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the Service asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown; you can change your choice any time with the Ad privacy settings button in Settings (shown only where the law requires it). On iPhone the Service does not track you across other companies' apps and does not show Apple's tracking prompt; only non-personalised ads are requested. On Android you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings. In US states with privacy laws, you can opt out with those device controls.
We do not sell your personal information for money and do not share it with data brokers. Information goes only to: Google LLC (AdMob) — to show and measure ads (advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions); Google LLC (Google Play) / Apple Inc. (App Store) — to process payments (under their own privacy policies); Unity Technologies — to run the game engine and purchase library (technical information). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
The providers above may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by these providers. Users in Korea: recipients, countries, purposes and timing are listed in section 4; retention is in section 6.
Game data on your device — until you delete the app or its data. Advertising data — kept by Google under its own retention policy. E-mails you send us — as long as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations.
The Service is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK, Korea or US states such as California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to opt out of personalised ads and to withdraw consent. Uninstalling the Service deletes the game data on your device. For any request, e-mail support-rrn@lfbe.io; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea.
Information sent over the internet is encrypted in transit. No service is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
We may update this policy, for example when we add new features. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Service.
